The land is in a vast farming valley surrounded by mountains. It is comforting, quiet and expansive. There are many ranches and farms surrounding. The Santa Barbara Pistachio Company is based here and they have a store with excellent deals on Pistachios and other farm made goodies. This is a healing space.This zone is perfect for those who want to be in an expansive, beautiful, serene, quiet place. The views of the surrounding mountains are amazing. And the sunsets are magical, along with the white reindeer. The Santa Barbara Pistachio company is our neighbor, they have a store near by with great snacks and farm made treats. Just 1 hour from Ojai, where you can bathe in the river or visit the quaint tourist town, this location has many perks and is a great place to be.
