Welcome to our private 160-acre off-road desert ranch just outside Temecula in Aguanga. This is wide-open high-desert country with big skies, quiet nights, tons of space, and complete privacy. Campers can spread out, enjoy the views, explore the desert trails, and experience true open-land freedom with no crowds and no neighbors nearby.
The property features a mix of open flat areas, rolling desert terrain, and scenic ridgelines overlooking the valley. You’ll find plenty of room for tents, overland rigs, RVs, and trailers of all sizes. There are multiple wide, level areas for easy setup, and guests can choose spots close to the action or more secluded corners of the ranch.
For those who enjoy exploring, our land connects to several miles of private dirt trails, including a 2-mile Baja-style loop, desert cruising lines, and scenic fire roads perfect for hiking, biking, or riding (for campers with their own off-road vehicles). Sunrise and sunset here are incredible, with clear desert views and open horizons. At night, the stars shine bright thanks to the low light pollution in the area.
Guests are free to relax, disconnect, enjoy the quiet, watch the wildlife, or explore the open landscape. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful overnight stay, a basecamp for off-road adventures, a place to stargaze, or a unique desert getaway, this ranch offers the space and freedom to make your campout your own.
This is dry camping—please bring all the water, power, and supplies you need. Campsites are primitive and natural, with plenty of open space and easy access from the paved highway. Campfires may be allowed depending on fire conditions (please ask ahead). Pets are welcome, and we ask that all campers respect the land, pack out everything they bring, and leave no trace.
