The one night we spent at the sure was ok, and the pool was lovely and refreshing. However, the bathroom by the pool was not clean and there was no toilet paper so we had to bring our own. It just seemed like things weren't being maintained for campers because it was past the summer season.

the space looks as it does online. with a full day of hiking, I would've booked another place with a pool had I known it wouldn't be open to us until 10pm that night (I have a 7 year old). Just a heads up if you want to stay on a Friday night when I went, there was a youth Christian music gathering I was invited to on the property. sweet, just not best for sleeping with music blaring until 10/11pm when I had 9 hours of driving the next day.

Our host was friendly and accommodating, and we really appreciated her! She took extra time to answer our questions and show us around.
The property didn’t align with our expectations based on the listing. There wasn’t a feeling of privacy due to bright lights both on the camping area of the property, and on the adjacent property, which the host has no control over, and we respect that, but felt it needed to be included for other campers to be aware of. There was a cute area by the fire pit that we would have liked to camp on, however, the fairly loud hum of the pool filter kept us from setting up our tent in that spot.
We did have access to a magical pool and cabana area, and we were grateful to be able to use the cabana fridge to keep our food and drinks cold.
Overall, it was a decent place to spend the night and take a dip in the pool, however, if you are looking for a very quiet, dark camping experience, this may not be the best choice.

My goal was to go to Sequoia, but I couldn't because I needed reservations.
The owners of this property did not only open their home to me, but their arms and heart wide open as well! They are amazing, heart warming, cozy people! They made me comfortable instantly!
They let you park wherever you feel more comfortable at since its a huge piece of land in the back! They make sure that you park somewhere comfortable whether its around more campers or being more on your own.
They technically have two restrooms, an actual toilet and portable potty (Super Clean BTW). They have a fridge you can access to and other amenities that you can use.
Waking up to their view was amazing and wholesome. I saw the sun go up in peace and quietness.
I wish I stayed longer to get to know them. Based on a few comments I heard, it sounded like to me that they had interesting stories to share! I definitely would like to come back here to camp again and hope on getting to know them more!
Bonus: They're a sweet religious family, which means alot to me because I'm Christian and I'm more in ease being around people with any religion that has good faith.
**TIP: If you're trying to get to Sequoia from their location I recommend leaving twice the minutes your maps may tell you (for around the time/month) since there is construction occurring as you get inside the park and closer to the trees or take the longer way from this location.

Both Henry and Frances were amazing hosts, the campsite was incredible with a toilet, pool, campfire and fresh eggs at our disposal! The campsite was calm and quiet and we felt super safe staying here. We were about 45 miles from Sequoia National Park which made it better for us. There are also local farmers selling fresh produce nearby. Definitely would recommend this camp and be sure to get there early to get the best spot which is in between the chicken coop and campfire!

The garden, pool area and facilities (bar area, poolside furniture, access to electrical sockets, toilet and running water, trampoline) were great - an oasis. Frances and Henry were so lovely and welcoming. It was VERY hot when we were there and the cow poop and flies where we were camping were not so nice but overall the experience was fantastic.

It was such a treat to stay the night at the Sequoia Viewpoint Backyard Oasis! We enjoyed hanging out with the ducks and chickens and playing endless fetch with their dog Sweet Pea. It was a huge bonus having a bathroom available. Looking forward to staying again!

Frances, Henry, and their family were once again extremely gracious and welcoming. We visited once previously, and this time we were delighted to join their family for a backyard bonfire, s'mores, and fetch with the charming dogs. Henry remembered my son's interest in glass insulators and even brought him a bunch. The whole fam couldn't be nicer, and the basic accommodations (a place to park our camper van & a restroom) were just what we needed.

Frances and her husband were great - very kind. The property was easy to find. We arrived late after dark and made a campfire. They helped us park and were welcoming. They have a old school bus with some rope lights at the camp site which is adjacent to a large acreage of farm land and their house. There was a restroom next to a pool - very basic but clean. They have chickens and ducks nearby that were sweet.

Frances and her husband were unbelievably hospitable and friendly. A definite farm style accommodation- very quiet, secluded , safe overnight with a beautiful view. We really appreciated their recommendation to go into town for their Friday Market! Had a great burrito- homemade potato chips and excellent flan type desert! Thanks so much

Frances and Henry are extremely nice hosts! Thank you so much!! The site is just behind their backyard, which offers a fabulous and shady pool area. There is a sink and a toilet you can use. My kids loved the pool with a slide and fed the chicken and ducks. The place is very quiet overlooking cornfields. It was a perfect overnight stop on our way from Sequoia to Yosemite. Communication with Frances was great.

Frances & Henry were extremely gracious, hospitable hosts. Our son enjoyed exploring their collection of antiques and signs, and Henry even generously shared some of his old glass insulators. We were just passing through, but it'd have been lovely to stay longer.

F and H are very happy, kind and generous hosts. The spot we had was easy to access and had a great view of a cornfield and mountains in the distance! The pool was so refreshing. Our stay was short but we would recommend them as a stop and will stay here again in the future.
