Santa Margarita View Campsite
The view is amazing. If your planning on 1 day, then it's good. Not a place for multiple days. There's power, water, fire pit. The spot is on a dirt lot, right in front of their house. So there's no privacy. The fire pit is even closer to the house. But if you have a camper can, roof top tent, and are looking for a spot for the day, not worried about the camping location, then your good. But other than that, the house being so close, it's ok. If you were to park your Rig, and block the house for more privacy then it would be better. But overall, it's not bad.

Santa Margarita View Campsite
This was a fantastic little spot overlooking a beautiful valley in Fallbrook, CA just a short drive away N. County San Diego and just 15 minutes off the 15. The large site has 50 Amp power and a great fire pit that our host had all set up for us. Lisa was fantastically flexible with us, as we had purchased a new Airstream and were very busy setting up up, but we wanted to take it out for an overnight just to shake it down. WiFi was great too. We kept booking and un booking, not sure we could make it, but we finally did. The best thing about this place is the sunset and the quiet. There are two sites here, but we were lucky and it was just us. Parking tip: You want to back your RV or trailer to toward the ridge of the hill at 60 degree angle to to it so the left side of your camper is towards the host’s home but angled away from it. This way it feels more private for both you and them. Since we had an Airstream we were able to open up all the windows and enjoy a fantastic view out of our windows as the sun went down and we sipped wine. Highly recommend this spot for a quick get away.

Santa Margarita View Campsite
This is a great spot! We walked down to the Santa Margarita trail head for a great 1 mile hike to the water and the small beach there was absolutely beautiful! The property is quiet and private, and only 10 min into town (for some açaí bowls at cultivate) and 5 min from the freeway. Went to some excellent wineries close by. Lots to do around this area, but also feels like you’re out in the countryside, off the beaten path. This was a great location and spot for our family of 4. Lisa was a great Host. Super accommodating, welcoming and nice.
We’d stay here again for sure.

Lisa's hipcamp is perfect for an an RV pullup that is looking for a safe and reliable place to spend a night or few. The area is nice and flat and the driveway is paved, making it really easy to pull in and out. There are gorgeous views of the area all around and ample space for dogs.

Amazing stay, Lisa is a great host, very friendly and communicative. Her property is beautiful with amazing views. We would definitely recommend staying here and will definitely come back and stay again.
