Cabin on Palomar Mountain
I recently had the pleasure of escaping the hustle and bustle of city life at this enchanting cabin, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the woods. This century-old retreat proved to be the perfect haven for weary souls yearning for a peaceful getaway. The cabin, weathered by time, exuded a rustic charm that instantly set the tone for a truly immersive experience. There’s a mix of the original cabin with modern amenities and plenty of sources of heat so you won’t be getting cold when it gets chilly outside. The cabin's thoughtful amenities catered to both solitude and camaraderie. I loved the reading nook in the tv room, I could have spent hours there blissfully reading away. The observatory nook in the upstairs bedroom was a treat too! There’s a binder, from the host Julie, that answers any questions you could possibly have. She made it possible so we had an absolutely seamless stay at her beautiful cabin. This century-old sanctuary in the woods offers an experience that transcends time, leaving you refreshed, inspired, and eager to return.
