We had a great time staying in the glamping tent. The heater was a nice addition and kept the room cozy. It was spacious and clean! We’ll be back!

Kelly has curated a lovely experience with a beautifully decorated space inside the tent cabin. There were little things that could be improved upon but overall they didn't detract terribly from the experience. First, the positives: the decorating inside the tent was just beautiful and mostly comfortable. The bathroom was pretty, clean and well stocked once I found out where the towels were. The blow dryer + steamer were nice touches. The rainhead shower was luxurious.
The heater inside the cabin is a nice touch, as are the movable curtains. The chairs on the patio are lovely to sit in. Parking is nearby.
What could be improved upon seem to be things that are just overlooked; like the sheets are changed and the space basically cleaned but not much else. There were other's foods in the fridge; the walking path to the bathroom was dark for most of the route because stretches of it weren't lit with lights and of sections that had lights many were broken; the sign indicating where the bathroom is was covered by an overgrown bush; I messaged Kelly upon arrival and didn't hear back the remainder of the day so messaged again the following day; the dogs ultimately friendly may stalk, growl and bark at you even when inside the tent. On several instances I had to listen to horrible pop and rap music blasting from the next bathroom all during someone's shower time which lessened my peaceful time so I guess the request for respect of nature and quiet isn't enforced. Otherwise nice.

This was absolutely the most charming place I’ve stayed in a while. Adorable, rustic, and filled with amenities. It’s such a nice balance of nature and being removed from all the hustle and bustle but without all the effort or camping.
The space felt private, the bed was comfortable, the porch was charming, and the stars came out to impress.
Kelly was super responsive and accommodating with my few questions/ requests. I will definitely be back!

The carriage cottage studio is spacious and cozy. It's beautifully situated on a large farm with llamas, goats, cows nearby which gives it extra charm. I appreciated the kitchenette and coffee! It's also close to Atascadero and Paso Robles, if you need access to a town with restaurants and more activities as well.

A perfectly comfortable and restful night. We really enjoyed seeing the friendly animals and were very snug, listening to the birds and crickets as we fell asleep.

This was a fun glamping location, with animals and peaceful and beautiful views. Room and bathroom were clean and had plenty of amenities. The location was central to a lot of the places we wanted to visit and it all worked out perfectly for our vacation.

Absolutely Gorgeous
The land is absolutely beautiful. The space feels welcoming, very well thought out layout, and so much to explore right outside the Glamping Site. There are chickens, alpacas, goats, and an adorable cow (or maybe heifer but I bet cow). This site not completely secluded it is near places on the farm that people may work. But, everyone is super nice.
The Glamping Site and bathroom were very clean.
It rained during my stay. Everything stayed dry.
I would stay again.
It is awesome to see a family create and take care of such beautiful land.

Site was as described. Lots of walking along the river out back. Cabin was cozy and well stocked. Very close to town and wineries. Generally enjoyed the whole experience.

Cute stopover location between the bay and SoCal. One step up from glamping, not a fancy rental. Was exactly what we needed. The host was communicative and very helpful. Farm animals were adorbs.

Exactly as advertised
Wonderful spot. Quiet and private spot on the ranch. Very clean bathroom facilities a one minute walk away. Animals in pens with descriptions were a nice touch. The structured tent is exactly as advertised and as large and roomy as the photos suggest. The heater and heated blanket worked great. There was a rain storm and we felt 100% secure. Food full moon rising over the mountain tops and starry nights were wonderful plus. Will come back again!

The studio was perfect -- it was everything we needed plus comfortable and beautifully decorated. The view of the bluff from the numerous windows was pretty and visiting the animals was a pleasure. I'd definitely stay on Kelly's land again when the opportunity arises.

Stayed here with my partner and our dog for a little weekend getaway and had a wonderful time. Loved seeing all the farm animals and having all the amenities we could have hoped for. Everything was easy to find and well sign posted and the location was great for exploring a little of SLO, Paso, and Atascadero.

We had an amazing time at Kelly’s glancing tent! The land was beautiful and serene. Waking up with the sounds of the animals was a living dream! The restrooms were also very convenient, clean and everything was decorated impeccably. Seriously the best way to spend my moms birthday :)

We stayed here one night on our way to the coast. It was a surprise gem. There are a couple places to stay on this property but it was still very private. Cottage is fully stocked with everything you need. Bathhouse is perfect and just a few steps away from the cottage. Kids enjoyed the animals and the playground. Loved the hammock, the fire pit, and the beautiful view of the stars. Would definitely stay here again. Maybe next time just to unwind without the kids!

Peaceful, rustic experience!
Such a straightforward and enjoyable experience! Easy to navigate onto the property and self check in, and the space was so rustic and relaxing! Heated bathrooms were a plus. It was even fun to walk to them at night over the path lined with lanterns. Star watching around the fire pit was the best part!

Farmhouse Studio w/ Laundry + Full Kitchen
Great location! Beautiful property just outside town. Our children loved the farm animals and it is was the perfect distance for our family of 4 to break up the journey from NorCal to SoCal with an overnight stay. Everything was lovely and we would stay again.

The studio house was a great place to stay over for a few nights and explore the surrounding area. The studio was spacious, neatly decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped. It has a gorgeous view of the farm which is well maintained by Kelly and her family.
When first arrived at the property, I was greeted by the family dogs. They are extremely friendly but for other campers who might have some concerns, I would suggest reaching out to Kelly.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely be back whenever I'm in the area.

Beautiful cabin, weather permitting
Beautiful cabin, fun property, unfortunately not a great spot to visit in a heat wave, or extreme weather of any sort. The cabin is very exposed so you get no relief from the sun. We had booked the space for 2 nights and only ended up staying for one. The outside temperature was in the high 80s until well after 10pm and the inside temperature was even hotter. The ceiling fan was not enough for this heat. I’d love to go back when the weather is nicer, but would be more thoughtful about timing my trip in the spring or fall next time.

This was our first Hipcamp experience and it was perfect! The glamping tent was super cute and had plenty of space for us and our 3 dogs we were road tripping with. The bathrooms are a super short walk away with a lit path for the dark. They were clean and had great hot showers. The farm animals were an adorable plus! We would definitely stay with them again if we are ever back in the area!

We loved our stay at the Rocky Canyon Guest House Studio! Upon arrival, we were greeted by Rocky who was filled with joy and showed us to our place. Our place was cozy, open and even had air conditioning which was a great touch considering how hot it can get in the central coast. We loved playing with some of the farm animals on the property, swinging on the tree and checking out the town nearby only a 7 min drive! Overall, we loved our stay and Kelly was a great host! Highly recommend!

Absolutely PERFECT Glamping Tent!✨⛺
This was such an incredible glamping experience!! My boyfriend and I had the best time at Rocky Canyon Ranch. Kelly has really thought of everything, I loved all of the details that the tent and facilities had. The space heater and electric blanket were an added bonus that soon became a necessity when it got really cold. We were so appreciative to have that! The bathrooms and showers were wayyy nicer than anything I've ever experienced on a glamping property. At one point we had some issues starting the propane fire pit, but Kelly and her family got back to me right away and came over and showed us how to do it properly. The animals were so cute as well! We loved every second of our stay and would love to return to this amazing and thoughtful glamping site! It was the perfect way to get that "camping feel" with no hassle :)

We loved our trip at Rocky Canyon Ranch! Our dog had a blast playing with Charlie and Lady, and we got to hang with some baby goats and piggies! Awesome place to stay for a getaway with great amenities, a killer bbq, and an awesome view.

Beautiful, clean, charming space with everything you need, lots of privacy, sweet farm animals, great star gazing, fire pit, and plenty of room. You're far from people and still close to town. We would love to come back anytime!
