We are situated on 4.5 acres of pastures, orchards, rolling hills and lots of shade trees. We also produce and serve mead, wine and cider onsite with both a Tasting Room and large outdoor tasting area available for you to enjoy. Access to bathroom 24/7 but no shower available at this time. We are home to apiary, friendly farm animals and a vibrant ecosystem. This is a quiet foothill community allowing you space to relax and enjoy a peaceful retreat.

Boma Oak retreat
John and Jenn were warm and accommodating hosts. The tasty and very informative mead tasting was a highlight. The focaccia was super too. We looked forward to coming back from the parks each day to have mead slushies and hang out with the cats.

Boma Oak retreat
Awesome spot to camp with some friendly cats and a dog lounging around. Easy to get to and from Sequoia/King's Canyon for a day trip. Jennifer and John were great hosts for both the campsite and meadery. They are passionate about their business and it shows - both the mead and bread were delicious! Would definitely come again.

Wonderful Getaway
I had a wonderful time at this beautiful property. The hosts were so kind and made sure all guests there had a great time. I met some amazing people and had the best bread and mead of my life. Highly recommend!

John and Jennifer, thank you so much for such a wonderful evening full of wonderful conversation and the best carbs I've had in a while! Your Mead winery is truly special and so many beautiful sweet babies (animals some might call them) on the property that are so loved! I can't wait to return and spend more time with you all and explore the area more! Thank you for being such wonderful hosts!

Boma Oak retreat
Those two! One of the best teammate and hosts. So adapatable, kind, and wonderful story-tellers. They shared far more than they were expected to and made our stay fun, silly, and cozy! We' ll be back.
