Located on a rural off the grid property near the Deep Creek Hot Springs, this 160 acre property is the perfect place to escape the city and immerse yourself in nature. Nestled in the mountains of the high desert, come camp and enjoy yourself in a peaceful setting where beautiful natural desert scenery and mountain views surround you. The natural high desert landscape of junipers, joshua trees, chaparral and sages, combined with the nearby San Bernardino mountains in the background, create an amazing 360* view from just about anywhere on our land. This private homestead property is located 6 miles off the pavement, just far enough to escape the sounds and lights of the city, and is surrounded by 1,000's of acres of undeveloped government managed lands. The natural rural setting creates a serene atmosphere on the property that allows one to easily relax and recharge. You can set up your own tent and campsite or rent one of our furnished glamping tents to stay in when you come to visit. Have a special event coming up or just want to celebrate? Check out our private hot spring pool sites and private cold spring pool sites we have available for up to 300 guests. There is plenty of activities nearby to keep yourself occupied, such as nature watching right on the property, or exploring numerous hiking and ohv trails just off the property. With the trailhead starting on the property, the Deep Creek Hot Springs is just a short hike away, and well worth the effort, with nearby fishing and gold panning along the creek as well. Deep Creek flows all year around, and the 6 creek-side hot spring pools are always full and consistently hot all year around, ranging in temperatures between 90F-108F. The hike to the Deep Creek Hot Springs is steep in places and can be fairly difficult for some people, especially in warm weather. In order to be prepared with the correct gear to make this hike and know the USFS rules that apply to the area, please educate yourself before coming by visiting the USFS website page for the Deep Creek area. Know before you go! *Although children are permitted to be on the property, we do not recommend bringing them due to occasional nudity that may be seen in the area and the degree of difficulty of the hike. The hike to the hot springs is fairly difficult and everyone’s physical fitness needs to be considered when deciding to take children, elderly people, or over-weight people.

Glamping Tent
This was my fourth time here over three years and it’s always perfect! The heat was working great as usual! Easy walk to the hot springs! Jessica and Brent are very helpful hosts. Directions were easy to follow with no hiccups or crazy people in the road! Firewood was cheap and plentiful! Ziplining is always bonus!

We'll be back to visit
We had the best time. We took our twin 10 year old's camping for their birthday - they said it was the best trip ever. Plenty to do if you like open nature. The tents were cool. It was cold but the generator worked well - I would recommend booking a heater during the colder months. The road out there is long, and if it's raining the roads will be muddy, so beware. Brent was accommodating - there is not much reception out there so if you need something you may have to hike to entrance to get from host. The hot springs are actually kind of a hike, so be prepared. Overall, we had a great time and would like to come back to visit soon.

Hot Springs Trailhead Camping
Gorgeous Views at Juniper Flats!
Camping here was awesome!!! We love Deep Creek Hot Springs and getting to camp here before and after making the hike over was absolutely ideal. It rained on our hike so we were soaked by the time we got back, but it cleared up and ended up being a gorgeous day. Jessica was a great to talk with, she had lots of tips and made sure we had all that we needed including firewood for sale on site which was super helpful after our very wet trip. There are a bunch of campsites spread across their space, all flat enough for tents and each prepped with a picnic table and fire pit. I would say to still bring your own water because the campground is big and it could be a bit far to the spigot. We had all of Juniper Flats to ourselves this weekend and it was lovely! Gorgeous views of the mountains and sunset, access to the Back Trail to the hot springs, and quiet atmosphere. Fantastic adventure for the weekend! Be advised that the last 7ish miles to the property is through a dirt road. When it is dry out it can be slippery but when/after it rains, it is MUDDY, soft ground so be sure to have a vehicle that can handle the trip and not get stuck in the mud. Otherwise, the road is fun to drive on, just take it slow and be aware of other drivers- we encountered a couple of speedy cars and no one can afford to get into an accident out there. Overall, I would absolutely go back again. It was a treat to have the entire camp to ourselves, maybe we'll get lucky again on our next stay! Thank you!

Private Hot Spring Pool Sanctuary
The BEST camping experience I have ever had. Giant man made “hot spring” on site, short hike to the natural hot spring, personal sweat lodge, two giant decks, sink, grill, chairs, fire pit, firewood for purchase, and kind staff. The site is incredibly private so we were able to have a good time without worrying about bothering our neighboring campers. I will absolutely be back. Thanks Brent!
