This quiet wooded property sits at 4,200 ft. , it sits high on the ridge between the south and middlefork of the yuba river. 45 minutes from nevada city, Just a 5 minute drive to "the saddleback" a local view point,with amazing views of the milkey way every night, Its a skywatchers dream during meteor showers ,eclipses,and auroraborealis. Explore bloody run creek with its numerous waterfalls,or malakoff diggins state park,a presrved historical gold rush ghost town with a museum,and the Blair lake for fishing. Or head to one of the many beautiful swimming holes on the yuba river, the property is 7 wooded acres and a beautiful seasonal spring feeds severel small ponds until the end of summer. Bring your pets kids,dirtbikes,quads,metaldetectors,goldpans, and any other backcountry toys. And enjoy the wilderness,.Guests will enjoy this private forested spot with flat area for bigger groups, can host groups upto 20 people and 3 r.v.s. right beside shaded spring fed icy cold pools,guests must be fully contained and remove all waste.
