Katy’s Farm
Loved RV camping on Katy’s Farm. It was peaceful and quiet. We had a great first time camping experience with our 8 month old son. Would definitely recommend staying at Katy’s Farm if you enjoy being out in nature and getting to see some friendly farm animals.

This was one of the greatest campouts my family has ever done. In fact, my youngest son said this campout was better than playing Roblox, which is the best possible compliment one could receive from an eight-year-old. The hosts were amazing. We got to feed goats, rub baby pig bellies and braid horse manes. We played baseball with the host's kids using their dogs to play outfield and pick up the foul balls! I strongly recommend Katy's Farm. It is awesome and fun.

Let me just say, this place was amazing! We only got to stay for a night, but boy did we wish we had time to stay longer! When we first arrived, Katy greeted us and directed us on where to park and where we were staying. She showed us to the bathroom(which that alone made it feel like glamping) and then she took us around the farm to introduce us to the horses, donkeys and goats. If you are an animal lover, this is the place for you! Waking up in the morning to the sounds of the horses racing around gave me a feeling I can’t even describe. Katy was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She also gave me a bunch of tips and tricks for when I start my own homestead! I just can’t say enough how much I loved this place. Thank you, Katy!

My granddaughter and had a great visit to Katy's Ranch☺️. She took my granddaughter out in the paddock to feed the animals which was so much fun! My granddaughter, May is nearly 9 years old now and has been in 4H working with goats, so was ecstatic that Katy had goats😁. We will plan to come again maybe next winter.

My daughter and I had a great time at Katy's farm! We love using Hipcamp to find unique properties to enjoy, but we never expect the hosts to do much more than provide a site and directions, but Katy and her family went out of their way to ensure that my daughter got to pet the goats, feed the horses and donkeys, see the pigs and chickens, etc. A warm thank you to them for truly enhancing our experience!

We enjoyed our one night stay at Katy's Farm. Kathryn meet us upon our arrival and was very kind the entire stay. We were able to plug-in our 25 Foot C Class Motorhome. Some of he farm animals also welcomed us. Her animals included Horses, Mini Horses, Donkey, Goats, Pigs, Chickens and Ducks. The animals entertained us. She has a nice patio area under a large tree that we sat and watched the animals. We also when on a hike. Katy's Farm is conveniently located just 5 minutes for Viejas Casino. She even offered to drive us there. She was also kind enough to give us a dozen of farm fresh eggs in the morning. Kathryn husband is also a chef and could cook a meal for campers. We highly recommend Katy's Farm.

What can we say? We had one of the best family weekends and camping (glamping is the more appropriate term) weekends ever! We went as two adults with our 5 year-old son. Katy’s farm is beautiful and private, but very accessible to the highway and to plenty of stores if you need anything. They have a gorgeous camping and dinner area in the front of their property right next to the pasture so that you can be surrounded by their wonderful horses and donkeys. You can’t beat the experience of waking up in your tent to overlook the pastures, mountains and see horses and donkeys right there. The camping area is great for families with a gorgeous area to grill, plenty of comfortable seating and bathroom nearby. There are hiking trails and several fun options nearby (besides giving scratches and cuddles to the animals). We went to the Lions, Tigers and Bears facility, less than 15 minutes away, which was a really educational and fantastic experience. To top it off, the family are wonderful and welcoming people who made us feel at home the entire time. We felt so fortunate to have found such a great niche camping area with so many things to do and to have met such nice people. Highly recommended!
