The natural landscape around our Warehouse has been preserved through our dedicated intention to keep hundreds of acres in a pristine wild state. Our Warehouse and the surrounding desert is the Art we are sharing with Hip Campers. Our artistic visual manifestations can be seen throughout the Warehouse, as well as through sculptural way-stations scattered throughout the land. We have named our retreat destination, the Institute of Perception Grounds.
Our influence comes from the original artists of this land, the American SouthWest, emanating from the valley of Mexico... the Toltecs and the Pyramid builders.
