We loved staying at the X-mas Tree Farm! Super shady, clean, sweet and not crowded. Nice views of the mountains, too. Felt rural but easily accessible to Pismo Beach and surrounding resources. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating. Counting the days til we can return!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Christmas Tree farm! It was easy to get to and the host was very communicative and helpful. The site was nice and right by the trees, which was fun. My kids loved being able to walk through the trees. The weather was so nice and it only took us about 20 minutes to get the to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay (2 days) at Carl and Debbie's farm a lot. Carl helped us settle in and gave us some recommendations for food etc. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay. Our 3 kids thought having a Christmas tree farm to themselves was awesome. The hosts are very helpful if you need anything. Very helpful to be able to have power and water

The camsite was clean, quiet, peaceful, and the mountain views spectacular! Beaches, quaint towns, and activities just 15 minutes away. The hosts were accommodating, honored our privacy, but quick to respond to any needs. The historic landmark nearby, "Dana Adobe", is a must see!

Carl and Debbie were very easy and nice to deal with. Their farm was beautiful. Surrounded by the smell of Xmas trees and huge oak trees were perfect shade. We would definitely recommend them to everyone and we will ourselves stay there again in the future.

Getting to camp on a Christmas tree farm was unique. It is a perfect grassy area to pull up, pitch a tent, and relax for the night. There is potable water and a toilet a few yards from the campsites. The location is easy to find and the highway is easily accessible making it a short, stress free drive to Pismo beach. We were able to arrive late in the day, set up camp, and gets to the beach with time to drive around and hang out before sunset. The property houses some beautiful oak trees including one of the oldest in the country and is also down the road from one of the oldest settlements in the state. If you are looking for an easily accessible, private campground with friendly atmosphere and a unique view this is it.

Camping under the Oaks
Overall really nice stay. Easy to find, easy to get situated, helpful hosts. It was a little close to the highway so there was highway noise, but it didn't bother me once I got situated in the tent. The whole place smelled like Christmas trees too, so that was fun.

We had a wonderful stay at the Christmas tree farm!
The hosts are very gracious and there are even some utilities at certain spots. Even though it’s convenient to the 101 it was very quiet and fun watching over the Christmas trees. We would definitely return.
