Matthew is a good host. The site was as described, and the neighborhood was quiet and interesting with each house on the street having different kind of livestock. Matthew was very responsive to questions and concerns that came up during my 3-week stay

Wonderful place to stay. Level concrete pad. 30 amps, full hookup. Easy back in site for our 40 ft diesel pusher. Convenient to Sacramento and surrounding areas. Very responsive, friendly host. Was exactly what we were needing. Thanks Matthew!!

Matthew was very friendly but also let us have our privacy. This place was clean and the site very accessible. The price was great. We definitely will stay here again.
