22 acres of camp sites and another 40 acres nextdoor to a hang gliders and paragliders landing. We have restrooms with showers attached to a geodesic dome on property. BBQ , water at sites. A seasonal 2 acre pond. We are about 25mi from sequoia and Kings Canyon right off the Highway 180 and a close drive from restaurants, stores. Beautiful views. We strive to make sure you have an amazing experience in the outdoors. We are still working on making the campground 100% so sorry in advance but what we are lacking we will make up for it with making your experience memorable hope to meet everyone soon P.S I got 6 things ask you to do while you are here 1.Enjoy your time here 2. If you need anything or have concerns say something ( I will try to accommodate the best I can) 3.Have fun 4. Only TP in toilets please 5. Make memories 6. Be respectful to your neighbors ( Get to know them. I don’t really have quite hours just keep in mind some ppl might be waking up early to hike in the park)

Amazing place to camp! Spencer was an excellent host, always taking care of everything. Very clean, and spaced out. My group loved the vibe and place. Only 30min from Kings Canyon!

Dunlap Canyon Retreat tent camping
Loved the area! My gf & I parked & set up our tent by the lake. This spot was our favorite! Just a warning for those who think of sleeping by the lake you might want to choose a more quiet section if your a light sleeper *lots of frogs* besides that, Lots of open space , felt very private. Spencer was a friendly & generous host . Because of him we enjoyed so much more than a stay . I got to show my gf a fun camping experience with a beautiful lake & even provided boats for anyone to use ! Even offered us to use some fishing poles! There’s also paragliding if there any risk takers lol . 10/10 & it’s about an hour away from sequoia national park/kings canyon . Definitely booking here again👍🏽

Great place to stay near Sequoia
Having a shower to go to after spending the whole day in Sequoia was the best! Clean bathrooms, nice host, I missed a little more shade in some spots.

Great views and location but noisy
Spencer was a great host. Large camping site with a great view. It is next to a lot of other bigger groups though so expect noise. Bathrooms were accessible and showers were clean. About 20 mins away from king canyons entrance. About 1.5 hours to sequoia. The biggest issue we had was that other campers were constantly walking through our campsite. It would be nice to have the boundaries of our campsite respected but people were using our designated water spigot and walking through our campsite even throughout the night so you could hear every single footstep. I hope that is something that can be addressed in the future.

Great Time!
Had a great time! Big property, Spencer is Awesome, and showers are big plus! Quick notes for dog owners: there are dogs on the property that will wander close to your site. If your dog doesn't get along great with other dogs might be best to keep a close eye.
