Profile Information - Dos Fernandos' Hideaway is sitting on 18 acres in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country with 12 acres planted in vineyards that are harvested for Robert Renzoni Winery. There are five wineries within a mile of our location as well as the entrance to Lake Skinner just a quarter mile away. If the weather permits, you may see and hear the many hot air balloons gliding over our vineyards and gardens. Our family acquired the land in 1990 and have planted every grape vine, flora and tree here since 2000. The grounds now enjoy mature shade trees and cypresses with resident owls, red tailed hawks, road runners and other wildlife.

Dos Fernando's Hideaway has three unique crop circles carved into the heart of our vineyards. Camp Chianti is the medium sized 48' diameter crop circle for private boondocking glamping of Class A RV's. Guests pull into a private adjacent drive and park under arches. Please see photographs. The site is snuggled in by Sangiovese vines and ringed with skyscraping cypress conifers. There's a hammock, a couple chairs and a propane firepit (B.Y.O. propane). The site is well lit with remote market lights and gentle solar lighting. I'm sorry children are not allowed.

Syrah Surround Glamping Arena

This 64’ diameter crop circle is the largest of our private dry camping vineyard circles and surrounded by Petite Sirah vines. It is also ringed with towering cypress conifers. Class B RV's may pull directly into this circle or simply park adjacent on the 100' drive into the heart of the vineyard. There's a hammock and a couple Adirondack chairs to chill on and a firepit (B.Y.O.Propane) to keep warm. Remote operated market lights loom overhead to keep the night alive as well as random solar lights for the evening's cozy ambience. In the early morning, you can often hear the hot air balloons gliding directly above our vineyards as they used to land on our property before the grape vines were all planted. There are four wineries within a mile of our location that u can easily walk, bike or skip to. I'm sorry children are not allowed.

Private area with a beautiful atmosphere. Surrounded by vineyards and cypress trees around your camp spot! Table area provided was wonderful! The string lights above the venue could not be more perfect! I was so in love with this stay!

The place is amazing, we definitely need to go back, one night was not enough. Only RVs no bathroom available. Being your own propane for fireplace.

Wow, I had an incredible stay here! The property itself is absolutely magical, and I stayed in one of the private circles, surrounded by beautiful trees and vines which was so peaceful. The hosts are so lovely, and the wine is top notch! I bought a few bottles and my favorite was the Scottish Red. Seriously couldn’t recommend this place more highly and will absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area!

Wow, 1000% unexpectedly amazing. The place is a magical wonderland and the hosts are extremely kind and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better place to camp in our little VW. We literally woke up to hot Ir balloons surrounding us and the most peaceful stay that we have had in years. We will be back! Thank you so much!

Syrah Surround Glamping Arena
Absolute Gem of a spot for self contained Glamping. Right in the heart of Temecula with 2 wineries whithin a 10-15 min walk. Spread out over the families 18 acres there are three separate private camps wonderfully decorated in wine country style and nestled whithin the Vinyards to choose from. We stayed on the upper bluff where views were spectacular. Colorful solar powered lamps creatively used in the circle made for an enjoyable evening show as well. The hosts Fernando and Steve provided excellent communication and a pleasure to talk to. Will certainly be back for more.
