The property is an old ranch built in the 1940's. It is being renovated into an event space and art studio spaces. There is a kitchen and bathroom but is very off grid otherwise. No RV hookups for electrical, trash or septic. Very peaceful. Lots of birds. Little traffic on the road. Easy to get in and out of. Trail hiking near by.Wide open space for stargazing, bird watching and sunsets. In LA County of all places. Beautiful old ranch ruins to explore on the property. Creature comforts of an old cabin to make food and get out of the elements. A composting toilet and running water to wash your hands and dishes, Nearby are the poppy fields, hiking trails and Joshua tree groves.
