10 acres with very few neighbors anywhere close. Circle drive, located minutes from Tannenbaum, 15 minutes from Greers ferry and 20 minutes from Heber Springs. Vacation and enjoy the lake with the luxury of full hook up and the perk of only having me as your neighbor. I full time in a 5th wheel and will be the only other person on the property, no other RV sites and very private.Hello I’m Hunter and I’m hosting a RV on my 10 acres just 20 minutes from Heber Springs and 15 minutes from Greers ferry only a few miles from Greers Ferry lake and multiple marinas! I full time in a large RV and set this site up for my grandparents to use while they are here visiting. It’s fresh and still needs a couple things to be up to my standard for hosting but I thought I would still offer it. The site is full hookup with 50 Amp service, Water, and a septic hookup. Water and septic are not located ideally but within 40 feet of the site depending where the hookup is located on the camper. I can help and provide a portion of water hose if the guest doesn’t have one long enough! The site has a gravel base with more gravel planned to help the guest experience. There are a couple stumps on one side of the site to be cautious of backing in but nothing severe! If you have any questions or concerns I’d be happy to help and answer any you may have!
