The park was very clean and hosts were very friendly. The hosts went above and beyond to serve Thanksgiving dinner to all of the campers. Great spot to stop while in town visiting Hot Springs National Park.

Really nice experience. STACEY the host was awesome. I got site 33 which was pretty level and towards the back by the showers and laundry. Shower and laundry facilities were immaculately clean, Bravo!

We loved the concrete pads. The length was good for our 30 ft 5th wheel and truck. We were in the part of the park where the sites were terraced. Backin in was a little challenging with our truck's wide turning radius. Our site was somewhat level..The full hookups worked great, nice water pressure.
We could hear some city noise but it wasn't obvious. The park was very clean. Garbage is picked up at your site.
The hosts were awsome! Great communication from directions to severe weather plans to park activities. We felt safe here!
If you want to be close to downtown Hot Springs and the race track, this is the place to stay!

What a great little RV park. This is probably one of the best maintained modern RV parks I have ever seen. The owners are always out working, keeping the grounds in tip top shape. My stay was in October so they had the grounds wonderfully decorated for Halloween and fun activities for those traveling with kids. The park is centrally located in Hot Springs putting you right in the middle and close to everything the city has to offer. There is also a great little laundry/shower house that has souvenirs and snacks available 24/7. They donāt have a pool, but, have a great splash pad area for the young ones. I travel full time in my RV and will definitely be staying with them when traveling through Hot Springs as this is my āhome baseā close to my kids. Thank you!

The campground was incredibly well maintained with a great shower setup. Unfortunately I was here for work and struggled to get a usable WiFi signal so far from the office. Maybe an extender or an additional AP would be helpful for those stuck at the top end of the campground.

What an awesome spot!!! Super close to Hot Springs National Park (1 of the 2 reasons why we booked) and about an hour from Crater of Diamonds State Park (reason 2)! The manager greeted us upon arrival. The laundry/shower/guest room was perfect. If youāre a full time RVāer these showers are GREAT! I would book here again for them alone lol. Love the fact it was gated. Our dogs LOVED the park and we LOVED all the spooky decorations! I wish I took more photos (something Iām working on) but it was perfect all around.

This is in an actual RV park which is very nice and laid out. The site was long enough that we did not have to unhook if we did not want to (45' toy hauler pulled by an F450 long box, dually). We only stayed the one night so did not explore the area. The hosts were very nice and accommodating.

We had a great time exploring the Hot Springs area during our stay. Everyone was so friendly and there were fun activities on site for the Labor Day weekend for the family to enjoy. The property is so well taken care of and every detail thought of.

Staceyās place is great! The location is perfect for enjoying Hot Springs. All new modern sites with plenty of room and everything is kept very clean. The Security gate is a huge plus as well. Stacey and Josh are great hosts. Thank you.

The firewood that I ordered was waiting for us, the Host greeted us with our bag of ice as soon as we arrived. The grounds are super clean and well organized. Nothing but good all the way around.

What an appropriate and nice spot to end our 10 campsite tour. The entire place is really clean and has fantastic amenities. The host was helpful and friendly. We felt really secure. It has the ease of a bigger campsite but the feel of something small and special.

We had a great stay! The site was level, hookups worked great and the whole park was clean, new and very nice. We loved the dog park, and felt very safe with our 3 year old riding around on his bike. The location was very close to downtown Hot Springs and there was also a really cool park/playground in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hot Springs!

Very clean. Nice campground. Definitely one of the nicer places we have booked. We didn't use the laundry or shower, but we did use the splash pad area for our daughter. It was great! They have a covered area for adults with fans and spray mist. So nice during a heatwave. Our only complaint was it seems there was some miscommunication on behalf of the owners. We are a converted bus so before booking we called to confirm it was okay. The woman we spoke to said her name was Stacy and told us it was alright. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the owners, he was polite. Super friendly. About 30 minutes later we received a message from Stacy stating they didn't know we were not an RV, that they didn't allow buses but they would allow us to stay since we already set up. We responded and let her know we called and verified it was okay before booking. Not sure if she simply forgot she spoke to us or if there is another employee named Stacy working there that told us yes when it wasn't allowed. Just a warning for other converted vehicles. Left us feeling a little unwelcome. Also, we found the posting on Hip camp, called to confirm our rig was allowed before we booked, then when we went to book the price went up $10/day. Not sure if that was coincidence or not but seemed a little off.

The place was quiet a nd peaceful but the BEST part of the place are the BATHROOMS! We've never been in such a nice laundry/bath house while camping. If there is one small problem it's that there are only 2 of those wonderful bathrooms :).
