The land was purchased in 1911 by the local carpenter and farmer đŸ‘©â€đŸŒŸ David Martin. Rumor has it he built the original house and the barn which was become known to locals as a land mark “The Big Red Barn." Mr. Martin is said to have also built most all the barns in the area, including one such barn which sits on property across the highway, he built while he had a broken leg!! This amazing old barn can be seen from Blessed Valley. Snowball Branch starts less than a mile up stream and runs across the North side of the property..

A great place to stop, rest and be ready for the exciting next day. The Live Music Show Capitol of America, "Branson, Mo." is only 35 minutes away. So, Pull in and rest a spell. Circle around and pull out no backing. This space was made to accommodate large trailers and RV's. So no worries of tight squeezes. For 10 dollars you have peace of mind, you are wanted and welcomed. Owners are over the road workers turned farmer's. We have spent nights in strange places, not knowing if we were going to be towed away or arrested. The middle of nowhere and no friends. Well, here at Blessed Valley, you have a friend. We do have campsites and cabins as well so, if you need water it is on the property but not advertised, so, no worries.

Semi secluded Solar Powered tiny house on 25 acres.  Great place to just get away and enjoy quality time.  Bedroom, bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, Air conditioner, and a 150 year old full sized rod-iron bed . No long, rough dirt roads and ditches to cross, easy access to the Tiny House from US 65 Only 35 minutes to The Live Music Show Capitol, Branson, Mo. and just 20 minutes from the Buffalo River; you may enjoy fishing, kayaking, floating off site or a quiet picnic .  Enjoy the natural beauty of the Ozarks with many activities just minutes from the Tiny. Wild game; Squirrels, Raccoons, Bunnies as well as an occasional Deer. Don't forget the farm animals, Tiny Horse Little Mister,  Bobby the bobbed tail cat and Brutus the Great Pyrenees, cows, & chickens.  Watch as Farmer Dell feeds the animals and cares for the farm. Enjoy the cows as they roam and graze just outside your yard fence. The chickens are fed 2 times daily, morning and evening. Help feed and pet Little Mister, he loves to eat and  being the center of attention. Have you ever petted a chicken.? Enjoy an evening stroll to the seasonal natural spring fed brook that runs across the lower side of Blessed Valley, you may encounter animals watering there. Nights are filled with the sounds of crickets and distant cries of coyotes, and the night sky is beautiful, perfect for star gazing.

Convenient location, just off 65 Hwy with trees and fenced in yard. No long dirt roads or deep ruts to contend with. The Tiny Home on private property, is Semi-secluded and sits behind the farm fence. You will feel confident that you, your belongings and your vehicles are safe. Please, be aware Blessed Valley is a farm, so you will encounter farm equipment, farm trucks, hay trailers, and maybe, cows, a Tiny Horse, Chickens, Brutus the Great Pyrenees, Bobby the Bobbed Tail Cat, and Trumpy our 4 lb Yorkie fur baby. On scheduled days we do; soap making, facial scrubs, or some sort of prep for our home made potions, in our real antique barn. Ask about the schedule for the soap making in season and animal feeding schedule. We are less than 15 mile to the Buffalo River access. 25-30 minute to Beautiful Branson Mo. Minutes from caves, trails, and other Ozark Mountain activities. The Tiny House is cozy, has a day bed with pull out under to make 2 large twin beds or 1 king sized bed and ask for extra cots.

Great spot to rest in the area

We found this place while we were in the area visiting friends. Our original camp spot didn't work out and they were awesome about our last minute booking! They invited us up to watch them milk Sapphire and feed the calves and other animals. My wife had never pet a cow before so it was a great experience for her! We even got some fresh milk and eggs for our breakfast! These two are wonderful hosts! If you are in the area and need a place be sure to check them out!

Theresa is an absolutely wonderful host! She helped me manage my travel delay, and kept in close communication. Great place in a beautiful part of the world.:)
