2.5 acres of pure freedom, at the base of the nearby mountain range near the Grand Canyon and away from the bustling metropolitan areas lies this beautiful dry camping property. Barely half an hour away, not far from the traditional Route 66, you´ll find a very original saloon. And in the high-desert valley a cozy winery invites you to linger. If you don't want to stand on a crowded RV parking lot for once and instead want to admire the starry sky undisturbed in an off grid kind of way, you are very welcome.

    Mohave Desert Stars
    Mojave Desert Star offered a rugged, spartan Hipcamp not too far from Kingman, Arizona. There were no designated campsites on the property, so we were free to set up camp wherever we liked. The spot we chose was flanked by mountains and large, geographical features in the distance. The sky was open and vast, and one would imagine the mountain views would be pleasingly illuminated during sunrise/sunset. If you really want to get away from it all, Mojave Desert Star fits the bill. The journey along the dirt roads indicates the adventure has begun! Prepare well and take what you need because you may not see another soul. Thank you for sharing your Hipcamp with us!
