Grandview Tent
We loved our stay in the Grandview Tent! Would recommend a million times to anyone looking for an outdoor experience in AZ.
Cody made us feel incredibly welcome before we even arrived, sharing recommendations and directions and coordinating our arrival. When we made it to the site, we were blown away by how gorgeous the views are - truly unbeatable panoramic views of the desert and stars. The Grandview Tent was quite cozy with plenty of room for 2 adults to sleep and keep our things with a very toasty heater, electricity for devices, and personal touches like blankets for the small porch/chairs and a welcome note that made it that much more homey.
Some additional things about the property itself - the (VERY HOT AND SO NEAT) outdoor hot tub, bathroom, outdoor shower, and large bbq grill and picnic table are all communal and within a very short walking distance by clearly marked and lighted paths. Parking is right by your individual site to allow for easy access to your tent. Pet friendly - we had the CUTEST dog neighbor and her mom next door during our stay and we cooked / hung out by the fire pit for hours!
Cody has built a one-of-a-kind, off-grid, truly community-friendly camping (glampling?) spot here that I will be recommending to everyone I know looking for a unique outdoor experience in AZ!

Grandview Tent
CODY'S SITE IS AMAZING!
I wish I could live here! Cody has created an incredible experience in the midst of beautiful juniper trees, with views of mountains and the sunrise on the horizon, and at night, as many stars as you can imagine. He is incredibly inventive and skilled, and has built comfortable and enjoyable places for sleep (the bed was the most cozy bed I've ever slept in), swings, an awesome camp-fire hang-out area, and A HOT TUB (!!!) with an observatory on top!!! He is also a super kind human being, who went out of his way to welcome us upon arrival and give us an epic tour of his land. If you are traveling to the Grand Canyon, or anywhere in the area, definitely stay here. If you're not, go to Cody's anyway because it's a beautiful adventure and well-worth the trip just to stay here. Thank you a million times over, Cody. Absolutely unforgettable.

Grandview Tent
Beautiful
Cody has set up a beautiful mountainside space. It’s accessible, but you feel you’re fully out there in the landscape. And just the right balance of comfort and adventure. Cody did so many extra things to make sure we had the best experience. We were driving cross country and this was the perfect stop: just a few easy miles from the interstate, but with a feeling of remoteness.
Good luck to you, Cody, it is a fantastic project. I will definitely stay there again next time I’m traveling that way.
