Lola’s site was great! So glad we chose to stay here. It was peaceful and quite and only 6 miles from the marina at Cave Run Lake. It was also not too far to get to the Red River Gorge and the Natural Bridge State Park. Hookup’s at the sites were spot on to easily hook everything up on our RV. We have a 38’ fifth wheel and were easily able to access the property. The roads into the area are narrow, but that seems to be common for the region. We are from Arizona and used to wide roads, so these narrow roadways have been a bit of a shock!

This camping spot was perfect for our weekend at Red River Gorge. We have a 35' fifth wheel, and it was very easy to pull in and out. We had plenty of room to unhook. It was really nice to have full hookups since a lot of the camping in the area is tent camping or dry camping. It took about 30-40 minutes to get to all the trails in the gorge. Grocery store just down the road. Very quiet at night. Nice fire pit with wood and bench provided. Picnic table, charcoal grill and large garbage can at the site. Beautiful view. Communication was fast and friendly. We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. Check out Broke Leg Falls!

I am so pleased that I booked my stay at Lola's place. If you need a break from RV parks but still want basic amenities go there. Small town conveniences in Frenchburg and a quiet solitude at Lola's that is comforting. Electric, water, sewer, garbage and wi-fi for a great rate and no regular busy traffic like is common in RV parks. Easy to find and a great host that answers any questions you have quickly. I will return for sure. Thanks again Lola!
