Most wonderful corner of kansas!
Gail’s place is very special. It’s tucked away in the most beautiful pocket of Kansas - hilly, treed and bursting with green. The farm has a lovely freedom to it with all types of birds and dogs roaming freely. Gail and his wife are exceptionally kind and friendly. We enjoyed visiting with them over coffee. They are so passionate about their land, animals, and their vocations of regenerative farming. We just passed through for the evening, but wish we had a few more days to enjoy the propert!
Nice hipcamp site in the flint hill
Great setting with excellent views and plenty of shade in the Orchard campsite. It was just a short walk to a large pond where we caught several fish in an hour and our dog loved swimming. We had plenty of privacy and the bathroom/shower was less than a five minute walk. The hens wandered freely and the farm dogs visited several times. One of the dogs had adopted a lamb and they seemed to be inseparable. Gail was very helpful. I would stay again.
