Our 10-acre farm is mostly high desert, native land/terrain which is slowly being transformed into a small, sustainable Idaho farm. Our primary focus is currently raising small livestock and growing food in a garden to sell at our local Farmers' Market. We share a property line with an active PRIVATE gun range and while this may seem like a deterrent, there's no safety concern for us, and the noise is mostly sporadic and the range is closed from 1/2 hr before sunset to 1/2 hr after sunrise.

We spent 1 night on Travis’ property and had a very nice visit. The farm tour was great, got some chicken which made for a great BBQ a couple days later. Would stay again!

Easy to find and easy to use! Other guests were friends and had a nice flat spot for tents.

Great host and great property with a sweeping view of the countryside from the camping spots. Host goes out of his way to make sure you have what you need. Second time there and now a total of 5 days staying with Travis and will do it again.

Amazing host who has been friendly and helpful on each visit is farmed beautiful with a great territorial view of the local area also close enough two things that allow you to go into town and get whatever you need food wise or whatever else we will continue to stay here on our normal pass through as we drive this route quite often. Option for RV parks are horrible in the area and this is so much better and more private just a great host at Great location all the way around big thumbs up!

Travis is amazing, and his property is incredible. He was an excellent host and did everything he could to make our short stay amazing. The spots are well set, on grass, and with great attention to detail. There is an adorable space for fires (when allowed safely) and lounging. Anytime we are anywhere near Pioneer Farms on our travels, we will stay again.
I tend to be jumpy and the gun range didn't bother us. This was an excellent stay.

What a great place to stay! A clean campsite with a view over the valley. Travis is an amazing host and goes out of his way to make his guests not just feel welcome, but feel special.

Travis, his son Trace and the entire family deserve credit for this well-run, grassy camping spot on a sweet little chicken farm in the farm country of Nampa east of Boise. There is a picnic table, running water, level soft ground, porta-potty, and a batch of clucking chickens steps away from your tent. Nice people, nice place.

We had a wonderful time!! The farm was great, secluded but not totally isolated which was perfect, and the animals were a joy to have around :) Thank you so much!
