Nice find. Quiet, scenic and perfect place for a little solitude. Stayed at site 6. Thankfully got there before dark so wasn't that hard to find.

We absolutely loved Mountain Top Getaways. Perched on the side of open fields overlooking rolling hills, we were treated to endless views while feeling private and on our own. The campsite was easy to set up and expansive- cows nearby accented the sounds of the bucolic spot.

Cord was great- quickly accommodated our last-minute booking and answered all our questions. We did not have the opportunity to meet but felt welcomed and safe. The drive in from Utah and back out through Idaho to Nevada was through small rural towns, farms, and public land- was interesting and easy to navigate- and the two hours we drove off of our intended route was well worth our time for such a lovely place to pitch our tent!

We would love to come back!

I can't thank Cord enough for the wonderful communication. Cord was thoughtful and considerate. He checked on me during the storm and was more than accomodating with my arrival.
Site 5 is the best one. I was at 4 and liked it the hammock is a nice touch. Sites 6 is nice and secluded but be aware of the rocks on the path ( I navigated through with sedan and some patience)
I recommend this site to you with 2 thing to consider before booking:
Cows roam in and out of the campground. I didn't see them during my stay. But, If you have a dog and are doing a longer trip the cow poop will likely stick around in your tent, especially if it rains . So, my suggestion is to pack some wipes and go stay at the mountain top gateway.

The toilet needs to be better kept. I'm a rustic camper and honestly give me some saw dust or a shovel and I will take that everytime over a not well maintained outhouse.
Over all, great location, great value. and I definitely recommend the site and the VIEWS!!

This camp site was great! A group of friends and I were at Bear Lake for the day and camped here for the night. We were at site 4 and had a nice private space. Great view of the mountains in the morning.

BEAUTIFUL campsites with a view. Service goes out just before the property but comes back once you get up the hill. Was helpful to have a screenshot of the map. I booked site 4 but after walking around I realized site 5 was bigger and had better service so I asked if I could move up there if it wasn’t booked and they were okay with that! Road is a little rough and I had to stop to move some rocks out of the way but my SUV handled it well. Cows moved in after I arrived. My dog was curious but didn’t get too close, and the cows were unphased by him and kept their distance from us. Grasshoppers everywhere when you walk around not on the road but they aren’t really a problem just funny to see them hopping around. Bees were hanging around my car in the morning which also wasn’t really a problem but made me a little nervous as they were trying to get in my car and my dog likes to try to catch them.
