Better then expected
A Wee Place in the Woods exceeded any and all expectations we had. We stayed in the tree house and it was so cool! Lynn, the host is warm, welcoming and a joy to be around. We will for sure be returning to try out some of the iget accomodations, as well as stay in the tree house again!!
Amazing! We had so much fun staying in the treehouse. The whole property was a blast to explore with our kids. The property has a magical feel to it with a zen labyrinth to walk through, a nice stream, and a small loop to walk. It's perfect for children.
Lynn was a fantastic host who offered us meals and a huge, stocked kitchen. I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants something a little different than just camping in the woods. It's a treat for the whole family.
A wee place in the woods exceeded our expectations and beyond. Beautiful tranquil setting. The place is magical, like no where we have ever been. The tree house was unreal, the bed was so comfortable. We walked up to lit candles, a bouquet of gorgeous flowers, and lit fire.....amazing. Lynn was the most amazing host, so accommodating. A must see! Soothed our souls!! We will visit again.
A place from your dreams
This place was magical! We went with out two kids 3 and 5 and our friends who had a 3 year old. This stay is going to forever be implanted in their minds and ours. Lynn was an incredible host! caring, fun and genuine. She has created an environment with so much magic and positive energy all around. The tree house was rustic and tastefully designed as was everything else on the property! The outdoor kitchen, big firepit, laberyth, dance floor, cabin and even the outhouse were all exceptional. We hope to stay here again!!. Thank you Lynn for sharing your Wee Place in the Woods with us💕 we are huge fans.
Amazing. This place exceeded my expectations. It was beautiful, tranquil, unique! A must see!! The bed in the tree house was comfortable. The host lynn was outstanding, such a beautiful person inside and out. The fully loaded outdoor kitchen was like nothing o have ever seen. Even the outhouse was gorgeous. I will return!!
A little slice of magic
Our stay in the tree house at A Wee Place in the woods was brilliant. Lynn was warm and welcoming and such a gracious host. The outdoor kitchen was beautiful and functional and came with farm fresh eggs and coffee for our breakfasts. The outdoor bathroom held the most spectacular views. The tree house with the creek rolling quietly beneath us was the best outdoor sleeping I have ever done and I have done a lot of sleeping under the stars. Lynn has built this magical place with her own two hands, with every space and item telling its own story. She is a builder of forts, a fairy whisperer, and a maker of magic. We hope to visit again one day.
Highlight of our road trip!
This was a really magical experience! Sleeping in the wide open in a real life treehouse really is special and cool. Lynn has created a very charming little place with so much love and passion. There were just so many fun little details that kept my kids busy exploring all around. Waking up in the night briefly with a full moon lighting up the Idaho forest we were hovering in with the creek trickling below was just so beautiful! I really stumbled upon this site and after seeing it was a literal treehouse we knew we had to add it onto our roadtrip and it ended up being the highlight!... I mean it is a literal treehouse!!
