30+ acres of wilderness with several streams connecting to a large creek and two lakes. Dry wooded areas and wetlands for exploration and outdoor activities. Wildlife conservation projects featuring deer, wild turkey, beavers and countless birds, including several endanger species. Nestled within the heart of a beautiful city only 30 minutes from Atlanta.Pitch a tent at one of our cleared campsites and use the provided fire pit to set up a campfire! The land is entirely flat throughout and perfect for hiking and exploration. You'll have walking access to several acres of dry forested land as well as several activity sites. This land was once home to a major road used by the indigenous people and a transport route during the Civil War. Parking is available on the grassy areas in front of the property as well as in the roundabout at the end of the road for easier access to our two lakes. These lakes are home to small fish and a beaver community as well as countless birds, including several endangered species. The city is home to many amenities and great people, and is only 30 minutes from the Atlanta airport.
