Bell Tent - Top
We had a really great time at Douglas' camp. The tent was spacious & clean, the bed was very comfy & came with nice linens too. The deck was also big enough to set up our little camp kitchen & he offered plenty of shelving, trash bags, camping chairs & citronella candles- all things we weren't expecting but made our time there more comfortable. I've never stayed in a campsite with more abundant firewood! And he provided an ax so we had a wonderful fire the whole time. Our car couldn't get up the hill to get next to the site which wouldn't have been a huge deal to carry our stuff up- but Douglas was there with his UTV when we arrived to drive us up, which was so nice! We would come back to stay again 10/10 times.

Bell Tent - Top
Private Peaceful Camping
We enjoyed our stay at Bell tent - it was private and comfortable. Doug had everything you could need - fire pit/wood, comfortable bed, extra blankets, chairs, and more. We could tell extra time went into setting up this campground. Beautiful surrounding tall trees (good hammock spots) and during sunset you can see the mountains in the distance. It was completely private, with lots of room to hike and explore. Our pup had loads of fun running all around the camp - able to see her easily everywhere. The drive in is beautiful as well - we will be back and I recommend anyone to go stay at this serene getaway. Thank you Doug & Allen!

Private and Gorgeous
We needed to get away from ATL for a bit and we were looking for a secluded location without campers or roads nearby where we could escape without a long drive. And really looking for a space we could come back to again…. There is plenty of space around to set up extra tents (for the kiddos) and a clean and comfortable Bell tent for us we also used as a common area. Lots of provided tables to hold gear and food, water and firewood provided, a great fire pit (where we spent almost every waking moment) and the trees are so dense and so gorgeous. It was perfectly cool there the entire time; a nice temperature difference from the hot sun in atlanta; the tree canopy at the site is unmatched. We will be back.
