4WD will make the partial road much easier/possible to travel to the end of (still leaving much of the property inaccessible to anything but off road vehicles.). There is parking for 2wd vehicles at the top of the property, but I would avoid going very far at all on the rough cut road without 4WD

You can bring whatever vehicle like... however, there is currently no power (but occasionally a small gas generator) on the property, and no water or wastewater hookups. Larger RV's will have a difficult time getting set up- and then only on the very top of the property (the stream etc is the bottom/back of the property)

Staying in a camper is only really possible at the top of the property. DO NOT attempt to pull it down the dirt road lol.

There is some pre-cut/dried firewood on the property that you are welcome to- I do this occasionally, but it is sort of catch-as-you-can.... I'm never sure exactly when I can get out there. There is also a small fire pit next to a very in-the-beginning-stages tiny house I started building from materials left over at various jobsites I worked at as a heavy equipment operator. Inside the tiny house is a wood stove that can be used wherever you like if you want to move it. =)

There are other dogs around this area occasionally... I have never had any negative experience with them or with my dog off her leash.

There is a woodstove on the property (it gets moved around lol).
