Narnia Bunk House
I went here for my birthday and it was awesome! I enjoyed the lake that had kayaks and canoes set out for free use as of staying and it was a beautiful experience. The Hostel in the Forest felt almost like summer camp but in a free movement kind of a way as well as a group setting and coming together to share meals and stories. It was a lovely stay and I’m sure I will come again. There was an art studio and a meditation room that had silks in the rafters. The glass house was positioned upon a swampy lake and the view from inside was so magical. I like how much outside is integrated into inside and having most of the walls be netting or glass to bring more light in. I enjoyed the artistic structure of their home as well as the promotion of creativity itself. It is definitely the types of communities I wish I could see more of.

Booked but never made it :(
Booked this last minute one weekend so I could visit my bestie and celebrate her kiddos bday. Unfortunately the day after I booked/day before trip her kiddo got sick and by Fri she tested her and was positive for covid. Since it was 3 hrs away and supposed to be bad weather all Sat (planned on being at friends house) I decided it wouldn't be fun sitting all alone for 2 days after a 3 hr drive. Sucks cuz I lost the money due to being past refund time when I initially booked it. I had an epiphany after the fact that I probably could have just modified the days of the trip and went later but who knows if that would have even worked! Sad that I didn't end up staying there but is looks so magical and out of a fairytale!! Definitely plan to rebook in the future and actually make the trip that time lol
