Quiet Gated Community. 30 DAY MINIMUM, They only allow 2 persons to stay and no pets. Sorry not my rules. 2 Swimming pools, gym, laundry, ramp, dock(by permit) Definitely great place to stay away from crowds and noise and close to Geiger Key (great restaurant) and just north of Boca Chica Naval Base. Opportunity to view Fighter jets practice on most days. Association processing fee of $150 per couple must be paid by renter. We also will run a background/criminal check required by association, paid by host.Quiet RV Trailer park, Water, Sewer and Electric available. Close proximity to Key West Boca Chica Naval Base, Stock Island and Geiger Key. Short drive to many beaches and fishing opportunities. Management appl process required . 30 day minimum stay, 2 person maximum and no pets. No tents trailers or camper RVs only. 2 vehicle max on lot. Management may be able to arrange for boat storage (extra) and dock and ramp privileges. $150 registration fee required per single person.
