Bears a s
We had a great stay at the Bay Forest Retreat. We live locally and find the grounds here to be quite a rugged oasis in the area. We had no issues hooking up our pop up, water and electric worked great. We took the primitive trail down to the water and enjoyed a quiet sunset. It is so quiet there that we were lucky enough to encounter a bear along the trail. Very cool.
This was a great little spot to park our trailer for a few days. Hosts were great and very responsive to questions. The garden shower felt amazing after a day at the beach. We tried walking to the waterfront and it was a bit of a crazy trek through the woods and swamp and we turned back but it looks like they are in the process of building a better path so maybe next time. Other than that, our spot was perfect and nice to be in a quiet area.
Well maintained and dry
We never heard of Navarre beach until we picked this Hipcamp site. Wow, what a beautiful beach that extends beyond what the eye can see in both directions. This site was dry and well maintained. While it is in close proximity to two BNB structures, the site is secluded and very comfortable. Hilary and Jennifer were more than fair and accommodating. We will be back to this site again in the near future. This site made Navarre beach our best Florida experience yet. Thank you H & J.
