5 acre wooded and open homesite nestled near the base of Massanutten Mountain. Campers can enjoy 6 disc golf baskets and unlimited tee off areas to create your own holes. There are a few trails for mountain biking and walking on the property and and endless supply of nearby outdoor activities off property. Just minutes from downtown Harrisonburg, this plot allows for you to choose your own adventure in the surrounding area. Spend time downtown at the breweries or stay close to the site and enjoy the quiet around a campfire. This property does not have electricity or water.Pitch your tent or park your car/van on the property. Enjoy the 6 disc golf basket and tee locations of your choice to create your own 9 hole course. Or, drop off your stuff and hit downtown Harrisonburg or stay in the rolling hills that surround the property. At night settle down by a fire. Nice peaceful stay

We enjoyed our stay! It was a peaceful and quiet night. It was nice to have a picnic table and there’s a fire ring with wood if you wanted a fire!

Disappointed

Directions were clear and Michael's communication was amazing. However, the site to camp was uneven, and tons of glass. I let him know. I picked up as much as I could. Nit too crazy about the privacy or the clear vision of an intersection which is used by many. Overall, I would not go back and sorry, I would not recommend this as a nice place to stay.

This was a perfect budget-friendly spot to spend a night. Good-quality firewood provided and a nice fire ring. Felt reasonably secluded but was conveniently located. It’s tough to find places to camp in VA at the price point offered here. Would visit again!

Quit camping close to Western Slope

Great location if you need a place to stay near Massanutten Western Slope. Secluded spot not far off the road. Good spot for tent camping or small RV. Picnic bench and fire pit. Michael had firewood ready to go!

Fun first hipcamp experience

This was a quick impromptu camping trip. Reserved at Noon arrived at 2 pm. Growimg up in Keezletown I was excited to go. The site had a nice fire pit and picnic table area. We had a sixteen ft pull along camper. There is two entrances to pull straight through without any issues. We were looking for a private area to let our pups run and play ball. The walking trail, frisbee golf and areas around the campsite was grown up which made us nervous with the dogs, ticks and snakes, but understandably we've had a lot of rain recently. If you are looking for isolated this is not the place. There is lots of road traffic considering the location and other dwellings can be seen from the property. However, it was perfect for our last minute decision and the price. Michael was also quick to respond when I forgot to write down the address as well. I recommend for a quick getaway.
