Or property is located in west Arlington with beautiful Mountain View on the battenkill river10 acres of field trail to the battenkill river on property that leads to privet small beach front when water is not high. There is cleared grass area from picnic or to even set up camp right by the river. We have deer and turkey as well other local wildlife you can swim fly fish or start at the rec park and kayak or tube back down to the property takes around 30 mins. Bring you own tents or RV. Small pets are welcome please clean up after. If you need anything my home is on property as well. We are 2 minutes from wayside county store they have all your needs and the people are amazing there. We are 3 minutes from the red covered bridge as well.
