This is a beautiful, easily accessible multi-use property. Loved the wildlife and proximityto river, which at the time of my stay was conveniently shallow and slow moving. I will offer a few pointers!! Campsites are not marked or sectioned. Host will escort you to an approximate location. Provided map only identifies bathroom/shower at the entrance, but there were also some within the event space closest to the campsites (lights there are kept on all night so some light pollution). Showers are $0.25/45 seconds = $2.75 for about six minutes. There is also coin laundry, bags of ice for $3/ea, and some mini toiletries like sunscreen available to buy in the office. Overall very nice and peaceful space one you get settled in!

Mostly rv campers with atvs and dirt bikes for exploring nearby trails, but the tent sites are beautiful and really cozy. Secluded so no noise from neighbors sans the ducks haha. We had a nice back-in spot by the river. Very relaxing. There’s a bike path right out the front of the RV park, but we couldn’t do it because of Utah fire smoke. Friendly hosts.

Margaritaville River w/Brkfst Pets
We really enjoyed our stay here! Very welcoming little community. We stayed at the Margaritaville cabin and it exceeded our expectations. Very comfy king bed. Nice private view of a little section of the small river that passes right behind.

Place felt a little run down/trashy. Was supposed to have full hook ups but my spot only had water/electric. I took the spot because I was extremely tired from traveling and didn’t want to fuss. Showers aren’t free, you have to pay with coins. Water wasn’t hot in showers, wish I would have known this. Did get help with a trailer repair place when I asked for it. Probably would have booked another place if I knew about some of these things beforehand.

River Moose Cabin w/Breakfast
Everything about this place is magical, but my favorite part is getting a hug from Rikki after a long drive and being able to rest knowing she exists. I highly recommend walking by the water, checking out the peacock, eating your warm breakfast and then dipping in the nearby hotspring!

Beautiful spot! Very close to the start of Candy Mountain Express Bike trail and right on the Sevier River. Saw some great birds like Bullock's Oriole, Yellow breasted chat, Spotted Sandpiper and Yellow Warbler.

We loved staying in Margaritaville at Sevier River! We were right on the river and while there were a decent amount of campers/RVs it was still so quiet. The cabin was extremely clean as well as the bathrooms/showers.

I absolutely loved staying here! The hosts are super friendly and welcoming, and even delivered us breakfast. The property was so much fun and had tons of things to do. My husband and I wish we could’ve stayed longer! I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is a beautiful park! I had a private grass covered tent site right on the Sevier River and it was amazing! Bathrooms and showers clean and private. The hosts and everyone there have a great positive vibe to them and all are welcoming and attentive. A kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner and a covered picnic bench area with solid cell and Wi Fi. Much more than I mentioned. Stay Here! I'll definitely be back!

Weather turned cold and it was snowing so we switched to a cabin. Very cozy with all the comforts you need. We could hear the river and had coffee on the porch in the morning sun. Ricki and help were very responsive and breakfast was an added bonus. The tent spots looked nice too, right in the water with shade and close to washrooms.

We had a wonderful experience at this site! The staff were all very helpful and kind. We had a tent site by the river and were greeted by adorable ducks and chickens in the morning. The bathrooms and showers were all very clean and well kept. They also delivered us breakfast to our site in the morning. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to anyone!

We have been to many sites and this one was our favorite. We were immediately greeted and even given a tour of the place right away, we felt welcomed and really enjoyed the positive friendliness vibes here. The land is absolutely a special place with an amazing 35mile bike ride trail that loops right to the park entrance, that had some of the best views Iv ever biked. We can’t wait to come back.

Rikki is the best host you could ask for. She was so welcoming and always available for anything you needed. The cabin was cozy and warm even in December when we went. There is two cabins nearby but set up in a way that you hardly notice them as they are facing the river. Lots of cute geese, ducks, and chicken running around. We will definitely be back!
