This private RV site is nestled within an 85-acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The owner, a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850s, welcomes you to this picturesque location. Situated off a county road, the site offers easy pull-in access, with a driveway that loops around for convenient departure. Full hookups are provided for a hassle-free plug-and-play experience. As a single RV site, you'll enjoy ample space and privacy. The charming, historic town of Boerne is a mere 2 miles away, offering a variety of shopping, restaurants, breweries, and events. The Guadalupe River is also just 7 miles down the road. Downtown San Antonio is conveniently located 26 miles south on IH10, making it an easy drive from the property. Additionally, shopping at La Cantera and The Rim is only 20 minutes away, boasting numerous restaurants and activities. Please take note of the following: While we welcome up to 2 dogs per stay, we kindly ask that you keep them on a leash at all times while outside. If you plan to build a fire, please inform us in advance. Due to frequent drought conditions in Texas, burn bans are often in effect, and we must ensure it is safe to do so.This is a private site in a nice wooded area off of a county road, you will hear cars during the day, and it quiets down in the evening. It is located on a private ranch where there are a couple of other cabins for rent. There is one cabin located about 300 feet away, please be respectful of the neighbor, and please stay within your area of the site.
