Lil O Aces is nestled down a long private dirt road, surrounded by trees. Our campground offers a private single rental with an acre of land along Harmon Creek, boasting beautiful waterfalls and breathtaking views of Mother Nature. The rental includes 3 kayaks for our guests to enjoy! We are ATV and pet friendly.Our Bunkhouse sleeps 6 . Master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom . The Game room has 4 twin size beds . Full kitchen and guest bath . Our acre Campground along Harmon creek is perfect for extra Guests. There are 3 kayaks and River Run Rafts for our Guests to use during their stay ! It is a private rental so when you book your stay it will only be accessible to you and your guests!! Campers need to provide their own tents, bed & bedding. 🏡A lil bit of what we offer 🏕️
Our Bunkhouse is over 1000 sq ft of living space !! The backyard (entrance) is over 500 sq ft with a 6 ft privacy fence ( we are pet friendly) the parking lot is grassy and can fit a 24 ft Camper (boondocking) & Creekside Campground ( lower level) is an acre !!! Giving you plenty of room for you large family Gathering !! 🛀You will never run out of hot water with our tankless water heater !!! Best part is it’s a private rental you only deal with the people you bring !! 🏕️No strangers sleeping in a tent 10 feet from yours 😊
🧺 you check in with clean clothes , you can check out with clean clothes with our washer & dryer (no fee) ….. We charge an additional $20 cleaning fee per rental for housekeeping to empty, scrub out and refill the hot tub. Our hot tub is a 4 person, it's drained at 9 am the morning the previous guests checks out, clean, refilled and attempted to get to your desired temperature (104 or below ) before check in at 2 pm Our Rental Contract has the HOT TUB AVAILABILITY: The hot tub availability is seasonal. Unless requested at booking, the hot tub will not be available during the winter months of January, February and March. When requested for rentals during the afore-mentioned months, a fee may be assessed for the operation and maintenance of the hot tub. The hot tub is serviced, cleaned and chemically balanced before each rental. WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR HOT TUB AND AMENITIES: Guest understands that there are special health risks that may be involved in using the hot tub, as well as safety risks using other areas of the Bunkhouse (fire pit, barbeque and wood burning stove as examples). In particular, he or she understands that there are potential dangers that these amenities may present to children who are not carefully supervised as well as danger to any person using the hot tub if a X person using the hot tub if a person has health risks, is intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or if pregnant. The hot tub should be kept at a temperature that is less than 104 a for personal safety. Guest agrees to explain the risks of using the amenities and hot tub to any guests at the Bunkhouse and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, medical conditions or injuries his or her guests may incur. Guest understands the risks discussed above and agrees that he or she will assume all responsibility for his or herself and their guests for the consequences of those risks. Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever against Owner for accidents, medical conditions or claims arising from his or her own use or guests' use of the Bunkhouse amenities or hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees hot tub. Guest also understands and agrees that he or she is responsible and liable and will pay Owner upon request for any damages that occur to the cabin amenities and hot tub and its support equipment through his or her own or quests' misuse and/or negligence, for example, but not limited to, using the incorrect detergents clothes washer, neglecting to extinguish all fires in the grill or fire pit, failing to replace and secure the hot failing to replace and secure the hot tub cover, walking on or otherwise damaging the hot tub cover, or damaging the hot tub filtration system with foreign objects, soaps or oils, or causing excessive water flow .
