Welcome to your eclipse-watching destination at Goodwin Pasture! This 7-acre patch of land is perfectly situated in a great location, offering easy access from the town of Lampasas, Texas, and State Highways 190, 183, 281, and I14. The entrance is located off a paved County Road.
Our RV and tent campsites are designed for self-contained stays. You can arrive as early as Saturday, April 6, 2024, with a minimum 2-night stay required. Departure is expected by April 10, 2024. Onsite amenities include portable restrooms, an RV dump station, and a dumpster for your trash.
Lot sizes for RVs are 60x60, with one RV and one vehicle allowed per space. Tent camping spaces offer a size of 30x60, with two vehicles permitted per space. We're flexible if you require more or less space; simply reach out to us to book your spot.
Our pasture is intended to provide you with a peaceful retreat to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime experience without interruptions. Experience 4 minutes and 23.4 seconds of totality surrounded by the serene sounds of nature, rather than a bustling party atmosphere. While we understand there's cause for celebration, our aim is to offer a tranquil escape from the crowds.
