This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty. Soda Spring is a bourgeoning community tended land located on the ceded territories of the Shasta, Takilma, Latgawa and Klamath peoples, just 10 minutes from the south end of Ashland, Oregon. The property is primarily oak savannah and pastureland, with adjacent fir/pine and madrone/manzanita forests and hillsides. The land sits in a valley where both Soda Creek and Carter Creek enter in to Emigrant Creek as it flows onward to Emigrant Lake, just a mile away. The land is being stewarded by a small group of humans and large community of wildlife and insects. Together we are slowly creating something special... including community event and classroom spaces, gardens, orchards, holistically managed ranch lands, campgrounds and wild places. Currently there is one vintage trailer available. By next spring there will be additional camping sites and RV sites also available.Tabitha is a 16 foot vintage travel trailer located in the back yard of a residence and next two a second (residential) trailer. Tabitha has a double bed and a singer loft bed, a small kitchen and dining table, solar electricity and gas appliances, well water and a composting toilet. A shared shower is available as well as a nearby large common room. There is a fire pit for use during fire season and a small outdoor table for dining

A memorable stay!
Sarah and her landmates were very accommodating and kind! The property itself is beautiful and private, tucked away into the hills and close enough to the town that it isn’t isolated. Her instructions to get to the site were concise and clear, and she is a great communicator - very quick to respond and friendly :) Choosing this Hipcamp definitely made my first trip to Oregon memorable! I would highly recommend staying on Sarah’s land especially if you want to connect with nature

Heaven on earth
Had a magical night with my friends in Sarah’s adorable RV! We spend the evening exploring the endless nature and playing in the creek. Sarah has an amazing vegetable garden and she even picked us some cucumbers and tomatoes(which were amazing) Wish I could have stayed longer! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a breath of fresh air.
