Situated adjacent to Port Blakely Forest roads and just 15 minutes from Milo McIver State Park, our ranch offers the perfect setting for outdoor adventures. Explore the forest roads on horseback or e-bike, traverse our forest single-track trails, or simply relax at the picnic table and soak in the tranquil surroundings.

2 gallons of potable water from our well for human use
Water trough filled with horse water from our well
Manure pile: we will dispose of your horse's waste
Parking area equipped with horse-safe perimeter fencing on three sides and non-electrified electric tape on the fourth side

Just down S. Cox Road, you'll find a dairy farm offering a self-serve market where you can purchase eggs, meat, bread, sweets, raw milk, and ice cream. Take a moment to visit with their friendly cows, emu, and pig while enjoying the picnic tables provided.Large Acre of open pasture with 3 acres of trees. Pick your camping spot. The pasture area is fenced with horse safe no-climb on 3 sides and electric fence tape that is not currently electrified on the 4th side. Horses are free to graze supervised and dogs are allowed off leash but must stay in the back pasture/forest area.
