Find Your Peace at Monarch Landing at Morgan's Point
Tucked beside Morgan's Point Conservation Area on the shores of Lake Erie, Monarch Landing is a small, family-owned camping retreat created for people who appreciate quiet spaces, nature, and the simple joy of slowing down.
Unlike large campgrounds, we offer only a handful of spacious campsites beneath mature trees, giving every guest room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
One of the things that makes Monarch Landing truly unique is our private trail. Step through the gate at the edge of the property and follow a scenic wooded path directly into the conservation area, where you'll emerge along one of Lake Erie's most beautiful and lesser-known shorelines.
Spend your days searching for fossils among the ancient limestone shelves, exploring the Niagara Geopark, watching birds along the shoreline, or simply enjoying spectacular sunsets over the lake. Whether you're an early riser with a coffee in hand or someone who loves ending the day around a campfire beneath the stars, this is a place to reconnect with nature.
What you'll enjoy:
• Spacious campsites with plenty of room to spread out
• Large, mature trees providing shade and privacy
• Direct walking access to Morgan's Point Conservation Area
• A private trail leading to the Lake Erie shoreline
• Clean guest washroom with a flush toilet and sink
• Potable drinking water available on-site
• Firewood available for purchase
• RV site with hydro service
• A peaceful atmosphere, perfect for couples, families, solo travellers, and outdoor enthusiasts
Although you'll feel immersed in nature, you're still only a short drive from Port Colborne, Long Beach, wineries, restaurants, golf courses, and many of Niagara's best attractions.
Whether you're here for a quiet weekend, a sunset walk along Lake Erie, or simply to unwind around a campfire, we hope you'll leave feeling refreshed—and already planning your next visit.
Welcome to Monarch Landing at Morgan's Point.

Gorgeous area, right next to the lake, and not far from Niagara Falls. Barry was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret is not booking more nights!
A great campsite only a few hundred meters from the lake! Friendly host. Greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcome. All the amenities needed. Flush toilet and sink. Firewood provided with honour box for payment. We will be booking a longer stay next summer. We definitely recommend!!!
This is a great spot and it's easy to find. You have a 3-minute walk down to the beach on your own trail leaving from your campsite. The Welland canal is very close. Fort Erie is very close and Niagara falls is very close...
You will find that Barry and Monica are great hosts and very genuine 🙂
Great campsite with a good water hookup. We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very friendly and welcoming, and the beach is within walking distance, which was a big plus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this campsite.
Great find! Peaceful, short walk to beach, boardwalk and conservation area. Barry was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back
We really enjoyed visiting this spot! Had everything we needed to be comfortable and was a short walk to a beautiful waterfront and spacious park. There were tons of orientations to setup as well and plenty of space between us and the hosts for privacy. Barry was extremely responsive and finding the place was easy. Also only 35 minutes from Niagara Falls easy for visiting that area.
Barry and Monica’s land was amazing! It’s sometimes hard to be the first to book a hipcamp when there are no reviews to look at but booking here was a great decision. The place is just as described (actually better)! Barry and Monica met us on arrival and helped us get situated. They were friendly and helpful. The camp spot was large with lots of grassy area and some big trees to offer shade. Their set up is perfect! Water, hydro and sewage AND a bonus bathroom on site so you don’t have to use your RV bathroom all the time. It was quiet and peaceful. The short trail to the conservation area next door takes you to the lake. We stayed for 6 days and walked to the lake every day. Some days we had the whole waterfront to ourselves and if there were others there, it was only a couple other people. Our dog LOVED this place. Lots of things to sniff and she loves dipping in the water. Port Colborne was only 10 minutes away and had some great places to eat and grab any things you might need.
Whether your looking for a quick stop or a longer stay, we would absolutely recommend Morgan’s Point to others.
