This quiet campsite is situated on a wooded lot surrounded by woods on three sides with a nearby creek. There are mountain views in the fall and winter and a sheltered green canopy in the spring and summer. There is water and a 30 amp electric service, picnic table, and fire pit. This would be a great spot for van life or a small trailer 18 feet or smaller. Other amenities include a playground and a quarter mile hiking loop in the woods with creek access. The campsite is past our house on the far side of our three acre property with another ten acres undeveloped beyond.This is a nice quiet leaf shaded large camping spot for small to medium vans RVs and small trailers like teardrops . It has power, water, and wireless internet. The campsite is wooded on three sides with a fence on the other that gives good privacy. The site is past our house and surrounded by 10 acres of woods. You will need to provide your own toilet facilities. Monthly rates available. We have a garden and kids who are sometimes seen about the property.

Great little spot to camp Swannanoa
Very cozy and, as the name suggests, tranquil, spot to camp for the night. Lots of privacy. Campsite was exactly as advertised. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Would stay here again and recommend to friends!

Camper van with kids.
Great spot for our camper van. Site was flat with easy access. The playground worked great for our restless kids. Hookups all worked as described. Setting was relaxing and hosts Noel and Marie were friendly and helpful.
