Granite Hill Lodge and Campground is a re-invented campground, brought back to life with the purpose of providing a place of quiet and leisure in the busy Lake George area. Only 20 minutes to Lake George beaches, downtown and outlet shopping, Granite Hill is in a great location to enjoy the beautiful Adirondacks while providing a getaway in the foothills of Fort Ann. Situated on 130 acres, the four bedroom three bathroom lodge allows family and friends to enjoy each other as well as the surrounding landscape without the need of camping gear. The newly designed campground provides a small camping feel with plenty of outdoor space to bike and hike. The property is located on the Champlain Canalway Bike Trail and has an established hiking trail and a smaller walking trail to beautiful overlooks, looking over the Adirondack Mountains.

Spacious Pet Friendly RV Site

Easy pull in well maintained site!

Well maintained property and bath house. Had a wonderful stay and communication by Kelly and her husband was friendly and informative. Pulled right up to our spot and was able to plug in. Our site even had a nice little view. It was raining so we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted so we will have to come back!

Spacious Pet Friendly RV Site

We stayed one night on our way home. The sites are nicely dispersed with full hookups. The bathroom is gorgeous, newly renovated but a bit of a walk which isn’t a big deal for showers but we needed it for all bathroom purposes. It wasn’t an inconvenience for us at all. Other campers were friendly and quiet, and the camp host was helpful. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Spacious Pet Friendly RV Site

Great camping spot

I love this site! Just randomly chose it since it was close to the balloon festival, the sites are huge, the bathrooms are probably the best I've seen in a campground and the hostess Kelly couldn't be nicer. And free firewood, I've been to places that want over $20 for a bundle. Am definitely coming back here, thanks Kelly!

Spacious Pet Friendly RV Site

We loved the tranquility of the camp ground. Quiet and peaceful, heard the owls at night and the song birds in the morning. Will definately be returning.Host was on site and camping neighbors were friendly.

Spacious Pet Friendly RV Site

Diamond in the rough!

Beautiful location, spacious sites that are meticulously maintained. Bathrooms and shower clean, fresh, - better than most of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in! Quiet sites and very pretty overlook. We absolutely will be coming back- total diamond in the rough campground.
