5.5 acres on raw land that is in the process of being developed. Our family home is to be built here someday, and for now, we are inviting campers to tent here. The lay of the land has lots of Rock Walls, small streams, a small pond, and a one mile drive to Grafton Lakes State Park.
Because there this is to be our future home, there is a shipping container on the property and a newly built shed that holds my garage items. There is newly laid crushed bluestone on the driveway and parking space next to the tent site.Site 1 is just off the driveway next to the flowers. All other sites are wherever you wish to camp on the property. Tables and chairs are provided. You can make your own firepit from stones on the property. Site has clean port-o-john for bathroom. No water source for showering.
