Sunset Ridge RV Spot – Full Hookups, Space for Horses & Nearby Adventures 309 Little Mill Creek Crossing, Saint Regis Set on a gentle rise, this RV-only site offers a quiet and comfortable retreat with full hookups—power, water, and septic—plus a fire pit (when fire season allows) for relaxing evenings under the stars. Important note: There is no toilet on site. You must have your own toilet. Located just minutes off I-90, with quick access to the Clark Fork and St. Regis rivers, it’s an ideal base for fishing, floating, hiking, biking, horseback riding or exploring western Montana. There’s also space for horses if you're traveling with animals—just bring your own temporary fencing. You may hear the occasional passing train or the town's emergency siren, but the area is otherwise peaceful —perfect for unwinding. Nearby attractions include: Montana's Largest Flea Market May 24-26, 2025 14 miles from Quinn's Hot Springs Resort. Less than an hour to the healing mineral waters of Hot Springs, Montana 30 miles from the scenic Hiawatha Bike Trail. 117 miles from majestic Glacier National Park. Sunset Ridge offers a simple, quiet spot to rest, recharge, and adventure at your own pace. Sunset Ridge offers space to breathe, stay connected, and explore the best of western Montana. Sunset Ridge RV Spot
Sunset Ridge is nestled in a rustic residential community under the pine trees. The Parking Spot was level. Well water, electrical hookup and a septic dump were on site. Kelly kept in touch with us as we made our way to their location. Mike and Buddy greeted us when we arrived and helped us hook up and answered questions about a place to take a walk. There were trains that went by throughout the evening until about 9:00 and then there were fewer. Overall we weren't bothered by them. Our experience was good.

Sunset Ridge RV Spot
We were delighted to be Kelly and Mike’s first Hipcampers! The site itself is laid-back and easy to access; the property is less than 10 minutes off the highway, and Kelly’s directions were easy to follow. The FHU is a little spread out in a straight line (sewer’s in the middle), but if you have at least 15-20 feet of power cord and water hose you’ll be just fine. Our hosts were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Kelly and Mike were at the site when we arrived to make sure we got in and hooked up without issue. They also gave us some recommendations of things to see and do during our visit. (Ask Mike about the lookout point; it’s gorgeous!!). When their son Max (a mechanic) found out we were having an issue with our travel trailer, he offered to take a look at it and gave us some excellent advice. Their dog Buddy is a sweetheart who LOVES people and was friendly and patient with our three dogs. FYI - If you’re looking for a super private, ultra quiet, we-are-the-only-people-on-the-planet kind of Hipcamp, this is not your spot. It was plenty peaceful, but not particularly secluded. You can also hear the train when it goes by a few times per day/night. We could hear it from our camper when we were awake, but it wasn’t loud enough to wake us up. If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we would be happy to stay here again. ☺️
