Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Nearly eight acres of rolling Kentucky Blue Grass with a one acre pond and dock close to Lexington, Georgetown, Toyota, The Ark Encounter/Creation Museum, Horse Park and farms and the Bourbon Trail. One boondock RV site, (can make room for two if travelling together). Not perfectly flat, some leveling required. Perfect for the budget-saving one to three night stay to see the local attractions. We can point you to a nearby dump station when you leave if needed.Farm track overlooking the 1 acre pond and dock. Wonderful farm land and pond views. Sit on the dock and enjoy the sunsets. Available for boondock/dry camp one RV (motorhome, bumper pull travel trailer) or camper van. Must be self contained with own bathroom facilities. One additional vehicle (tow vehicle or towed vehicle). Host will direct and help find a level spot. It's a tight turn in and out of driveway but I can get our 36' travel trailer (56' total with tow vehicle) in and out just fine. Just have to take it wide coming in and wide going out. You're welcome to book multiple days, unhook tow vehicle and explore. We're close to Lexington, Georgetown, Kentucky Horse Park, Toyota, Bourbon Trail, Ark Encounter. Even the Creation Museum is close enough for day trip. 6 mins to Walmart/Georgetown. 4 minutes to Toyota. 25 Minutes to Ark or Lexington. 30 mins to Buffalo Trace. 4 minutes off I75. Pets on a leash please and pick up after. No wood fire-pits. Propane fire-pits OK. Generators OK.
