Camp in a quiet, secluded area near a pond. Campers may choose to use the firepit, picnic table, or the unique Tea Time Terrace. Bring your fishing poles and enjoy catch and release fishing! Five homes surround the pond so you may occasionally see neighbors fishing. Owners live onsite in a house. We gladly share our space with many birds including ducks, egrets, sandhill cranes, hawks, owls, cardinals, and occasionally spoonbills or Eagles. You might also see turtles, otters, or raccoons. Our nearby county and state parks offer hiking, biking, and canoeing. We are close to the: Florida State Fair - 11 miles Florida Strawberry Festival - 6 miles Gasparilla - 20 miles Busch Gardens - 17 miles Beaches and Disney are an hour away!You can pitch a tent or park your van or small RV to enjoy a quiet stay. This site is convenient to the Florida State Fair, the Florida Strawberry Festival, and Gasparilla. Sit a spell on the swing, around the firepit, or on our Tea Terrace. Need to move about? How about some fishing or basketball? With checkers in the front and a reading rocker, there is something for every mood. Bicyclists and hikers will find many trails nearby at Hillsborough County Parks. Beaches are approximately an hour to the west and Disney is an hour to the east. Still Waters Pines is available to just one camping family at a time. Owners live on site. Their dog, Evie, has her own fenced yard so she will not stray onto your camp.

Still Waters Pines

Lovely little lakeside spot

I had the honor of being Loretta's FIRST camper. She has a lovely small spot on a private lake, tucked away down a quiet street. While this is in a neighborhood, it was very private and right on the lake! My dogs were welcome, which I really appreciate. Communication was easy as well, and there were zero surprises.
