Our property rental consists of 5-bedrooms and 6 RV hook up sites available with one nightly rate. This is perfect for a private campsite feel for a family and/or large gathering. Find a place for guests to park their RVs or rest their heads in either the 2-bedroom Lodge or the 3-bedroom home with full amenities. This venue provides the solution for those looking for a private campsite feel and ability to cater to both campers and non-campers. A flexible way to gather on the spacious, picturesque Suwannee River.
Sutton River Ranch provides access directly alongside the Suwannee River in Florida. The property is accessible by road or by river. You'll get to enjoy the best of both worlds when it comes to land or water adventure. Kick-back and enjoy the natural surroundings of paved walkways and wild animal crossings or a walk along the paved roads. Alternatively, spark joy by jumping into the cool spring-fed waters of the Suwannee River (no alligators!) and the pristine waters of nearby springs (Turtle Springs 2 miles, Rock Bluff Springs 5 miles or Ichetucknee Springs 20 miles). There are 9 total springs within the county. The spacious 90 foot floating dock located on property is a great place to soak in the sun, put a kayak in, watch a sunset or take a plunge. The property rental fee includes access to all lodging and camping sites : (1) The Main Home, (2) The Lodge, and (3) 6 RV/Trailer campsites with electrical (30amp) and water hookup & (4) The River Dock.

What is accessible?
Camping Site: This camp provides up to 6 designated spaces for RV/Trailer camping or tent camping. For RV camping, accessible hook up spots with 30 AMP electrical and water and for tent camping a bathroom with a toilet and sink are available.
Boat Ramp: Colloway Boat Ramp is located 0.8 mile drive from the property.
River Dock: A private 90 foot dock to park your boat or slip in your own kayak or paddleboard.
Communal Firepit: Cemented Firepit with Seven (7) Adirondack Chair Seating
Overview Deck: Wooded Deck sitting at the edge of the water for gathering and viewing the sunsets over the river.
How to enter:
The entry of the camp is located on the southwest corner of the property at the sign "Sutton River Ranch Entry". You will be provided a gate code. You will want to veer left when you get to the fork in the road at the black fence and follow along until you find your camp site.
