Elevation 7,000 feet. Flat to slightly rolling grass field and pond.
East of pond area with firepit, picnic tables and chairs. Vehicles are not permitted over berm to east side of pond. Walking access only.
Vehicle parking and camping on west side of pond in open meadow. The road on the north side of the property is prohibited and not part of host's property.
Port-a-potty on site.
No vehicles over berm area (access to east side of pond).
Pond available for fishing. No swimming or watercraft on pond. Children must be supervised at all times.
Firepit available subject to local fire department restrictions.
There is a small country market in Larkspur for light meals and coffee, about 3 miles away..
There is one horse on site at this time. P
