This conveniently located property is a great stop on your way to/from Lake Tahoe. A small shipping container bunkhouse provides two bunk beds and an air mattress. There is plenty of space available for tents or you can bring an RV (RV not recommended Dec-Apr)
At the moment the location only has BASIC AMENITIES: potable well water, an outhouse, and a generator to run the lights, charge you phone, etc.
The property is accessible from I-80, 2 miles along an easily-passible, private, paved road, and the final 500’ is gravel. Be advised that road conditions vary and the property is at 5,000’This site is a small container house with two twin-xl bunks and a twin air mattress. These are basic accommodations with limited amenities.
Heating, lighting, and electronics charging is available from a portable generator. You will have to wheel the generator outdoors and plug in the building to it with the included electrical plug.
Bring your own sleeping bag or use the provided ones.
